Aromas Hub is helping customers as far as possible, and we provide a Cancellation/Return policy.
Returns will be accepted only if product has received a “Damaged”, “Defective” or “Different product” item.
Return request should be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery through mail or the web portal
If, for any reason, you wish to get a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that the product is in unused, sealed and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Cancellations
If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.
Refunds for all returned or cancelled products will be credited back to the Original Mode of Payment used by the customer in 3 to 7 days. In case of COD orders.
